The Wolfpack mums built their following on cheerful parenting content, coordinated get-togethers, and the kind of “we’ve all been there” humour that makes TikTok mums relatable. Which is why the internet practically snapped its neck when the group appeared to implode overnight.
The turning point came when Rachel Graham uploaded a long, raw video explaining why she believed the friendship group had officially fallen apart. She didn’t just hint at tension or post a vague sad-face caption. She delivered a full account of what she says led to the split, including uncomfortable conversations, unkind comments, and a final group-chat exchange she says pushed things over the edge.
It wasn’t subtle. And it didn’t stay contained. Her video spread rapidly through TikTok and Instagram, picked up for duets, stitches, commentary and reaction content. The fact she looked visibly upset gave it even more momentum. Followers felt they were getting a behind-the-scenes confession rather than a curated influencer storyline.
What Rachel Claimed Happened
Rachel’s video laid out a timeline she says explains the downfall of the group. She described feeling increasingly sidelined, dealing with comments she took as digs, and attempting to smooth things over privately before things escalated. According to her account, the tension built slowly until a final message in their group chat “changed everything”.

She didn’t show screenshots in the TikTok itself, but she paraphrased the exchange, saying it left her feeling hurt, dismissed and done with the dynamic. Her tone suggested this wasn’t just a disagreement but something that had been brewing behind the curated smiles and matchy-matchy videos for a while.
Crucially, she also made it clear she felt the break came from emotional exhaustion rather than a single explosive incident. That nuance resonated with a lot of viewers who’ve watched influencer friendships rise and fall with alarming regularity.
The Other Side Fires Back
The rest of the Wolfpack weren’t having it. Within hours, two of the mums named in the situation — Mandi and Gina — responded publicly. Not in the “sending love to everyone involved” way influencers sometimes use to dodge responsibility, but with direct disagreement.
Their counter-story challenged some of the claims Rachel made, including her version of the group-chat message. They argued the situation wasn’t what Rachel implied, and they suggested her video left out details that would have given a different impression.
@whatmandiI took my other videos down because I’m not going to be defending someone that never cared about me. However, after talking to key people, there’s much more to the story than I even knew before. If you wouldn’t defend yourself at your job, then good for you, that ain’t me. The “friendships” didn’t end because Rachel wouldn’t “fall in line” they ended bc she assumed Meaghan wasn’t “loyal” in not telling me that Rachel was using me. I can’t tell you about how much I don’t care about teams…. The only team I care about is my sons soccer team. I love yuns.
They didn’t call her a liar, but the undertone was clear: their version of events did not match hers. And this is where the drama really took off. Once there’s more than one storyline, TikTok becomes an amateur detective agency. Followers started comparing timestamps, analysing phrasing, and digging through old videos for signs of tension nobody noticed at the time.
The Internet Chooses Sides
It didn’t take long for the comment sections across all their accounts to split into camps. Some people praised Rachel for speaking up and being vulnerable on camera. Others said the group responses sounded more measured and therefore more believable.
Then came the wave of people who argue influencer friendships are never as real as they appear. These viewers believe the carefully curated “mum squad” branding is a business arrangement first and a friendship second — which makes fallouts like this almost inevitable.
Several TikTokers also pointed out the sudden spike in engagement across all of their profiles. It’s not evidence of staging, but it does add fuel to the debate around whether the drama is entirely genuine or at least being amplified because of the attention it brings.
Is The Split Real Or For Clout?

With no third-party verification, nobody outside the group can say with certainty how much of this conflict is genuine. But based on what’s been said publicly, a few things seem clear.
First, the emotions displayed in Rachel’s video looked unfiltered. Whether you believe every detail or not, it didn’t look rehearsed. Second, the fact that Mandi and Gina contradicted parts of her story rather than ignoring it suggests the fall-out wasn’t pre-planned as a fun little PR stunt.
But there’s another layer: influencer groups know engagement spikes during drama. Even if the initial disagreement was real, there’s always the possibility that some aspects are being shaped or emphasised because it keeps the audience invested. There’s no proof of that here, but the incentive is hard to ignore.
Right now, the fairest reading is that something real happened — but the public stage it’s playing out on is exaggerating everything.
Where Things Stand Now
As of this week, the Wolfpack are operating separately. Their videos no longer overlap, their comments are noticeably frostier, and none of them appear interested in patching things up publicly. Followers who came for the wholesome friendship content are starting to realise that the glossy group trips and tidy living rooms were never the whole story.
With each mum now presenting her own version of events, the drama shows no sign of cooling off. And if there’s one thing guaranteed to keep TikTok hooked, it’s a friendship saga where everyone insists they’re telling the truth — but they can’t all be right.
If things escalate again, or if someone drops the screenshots everyone keeps hinting at, we’ll bring the next round of tea.
